British Airways Inaugurates 2 New Routes from London-Gatwick

LONDON, 3 DECEMBER | Today, British Airways will inaugurate 2 new routes from its secondary hub in London-Gatwick (LGW). Both of these routes will be operated by the Airbus A319.

The first route is London Gatwick (LGW) to Grenoble (GNB). The route will be operated 2x weekly, every Saturday and Sunday as follows:

BA2750 LGW 0835-1115 GNB (SAT)
BA2751 GNB 1215-1305 LGW (SAT)
BA2754 LGW 0630-0905 GNB (SUN)
BA2755 GNB 0955-1035 LGW (SUN)

The first flight will be operated by G-DBCJ, a 16-year-old Airbus A319. At the time of writing, there are no other competitors on the route.

The second and final route is London Gatwick (LGW) to Lyon (LYS). The route will be operated 4x weekly, every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as follows:

BA2612 LGW 0945-1225 LYS (WED)
BA2613 LYS 1425-1505 LGW (WED)
BA2612 LGW 1310-1550 LYS (FRI)
BA2613 LYS 1740-1820 LGW (FRI)
BA2612 LGW 1235-1515 LYS (SAT)
BA2613 LYS 1705-1745 LGW (SAT)
BA2612 LGW 0840-1220 LYS (SUN)
BA2613 LYS 1305-1345 LGW (SUN)

The first flight will be operated by G-DBCD, a 18-year-old Airbus A319. The only competitor on the route is easyJet.
